Proteins. Every meal should contain a protein. One-fourth of
your daily food intake should be protein. Best sources are

Cooked Vegetables. Baked potatoes and brown rice are
nutritious. Use raw bean sprouts and other sprouts. Do NOT over
cook any vegetables as this reduces enzyme and nutrient content.
Steam, bake or broil; use as little water as possible.
Fruits. Especially high-enzyme apples, grapes, bananas or
local varieties. Juices. Fresh-squeezed grape juice
tomatoes. No citrus fruits except for flavoring. A maximum of one
no sugar added. Noteaspoon lemon juice for salad dressing. Cereals.                                                              Fresh ground combinatio wheat, rye, sesame seed, flax and millet.                                                                        Do not boil. Soak fifteen to twenty minutes in
hot water over a double boiler, or soak overnight and then warm up.
Raw sunflower seeds, raisins or shredded coconut may be added
before eating.                                                                                                                                                            Bread. Use sparingly. Only stone-ground fresh whole wheat
Soups. Bouillon or consomme.
Acid Drink. Where there is insufficient acid or where there
are calcium deposits (such as in bursitis), use one tablespoon apple
cider vinegar to a glass of water (with or without one teaspoon of
honey) at least twice daily.
Sweets. Old-fashioned blackstrap molasses (unsulphured)
from health food stores. Only one sweet daily, in small quantity.
Oils. Especially sesame, safflower and sunflower oil. All
seeds and raw nuts.
