SEVEN “SIT-DOWN” EXERCISES FOR SPEEDY ENZYME REGENERATION

Here is a set of 7 “sit-down” exercises (that’s right – you can
do them when sitting down anywhere) that will supercharge your
enzymes in a matter of moments. You’ll feel alert and energized
and filled with a desire to accomplish more chores.
1. Half Head Turn. Turn your head as far to your right as
you can. Return head to front. Turn your head as far to your left
as possible. Return head to front. Repeat the entire exercise 10
times. ECP Benefit: Loosens up “choked” enzymes in your upper
spinal column. Helps you move with more youthful flexibility. Takes
the “load” of your back.
2. Head Tilt. Bend your head forward (with chin against
throat) as far as comfortably possible. Bring your head slowly back
as far as comfortably possible. Repeat the entire exercise 10 times.                                                                        ECP Benefit: Stimulates the muscles of your neck. Releases “cap-
tured” or “locked in” enzymes. Now you can move your head and
neck with youthful agility.
3. Reach For The Sky. Alternately and rhythmically stretch
up your arms as if to pick a star from the sky. Repeat exercise 10
times with each arm and shoulder. ECP Benefit: Activates enzymes
in the muscles of your shoulders. This creates natural vibratory
stimulation so that you feel more youthful flexibility all over your
body.
4. Stomach Bends. Draw your stomach fully in. Drop your
trunk forward while lifting the front of your feet very high. Place
your feet hard on the floor. Relax your stomach muscles and raise
upright slowly again. Repeat 10 times. ECP Benefit: Improves
enzymatic blood circulation in your digestive tract; especially
stimulating to your bowels to permit freer exchange of nutrients.
This helps stimulate improved assimilation and distribution of
energy-producing nutrients.
5. Foot Patting. Sit with elbows on your knees. Bend for-
ward, pressing your upper body down on your knees. Lift your toes
with your heels as high as possible. Drop your heels and lift your
toes. Repeat from 15 to 20 times. ECP Benefit: Sends released
enzymes to improve blood circulation to your feet and lower legs.
Helps do away with “tired feet” in a matter of moments.
6. Partial Standing. Slowly raise upward from sitting posi-
tion without the help of your hands until you are standing erect.
Sit down. Repeat from 10 to 20 times. ECP Benefit: Provides en-
zyme refreshment of your knee and hip extension muscles. This
cleansing-nourishing reaction helps invigorate your body so that you
feel alert and energetic in a little while.
7. Cooling Down. After completing these six exercises, sit
fully relaxed. Breathe evenly and gently, counting slowly to 30.
Let the air out slowly. Just as slowly take in deep breaths as you
count. Repeat until you feel relaxed and comfortable. ECP Benefit:
The inhalation-exhalation helps to oxygenate your total body
enzymes. So invigorated, they now stream throughout your body,
nourishing your trillions of cells and tissues and energizing your
organs so you feel young all over!
