How to Begin Your Personal EZE-CCC Weight Loss Plan

How can you tell if you are “overfat”? Simple. Consult a
weight chart. Such a chart tells you how your weight compares with                                                                      that of thousands of other people with the same height and build.
The weights represent average or typical weights, not necessarily
healthiest weights. But these charts are indicators of ex-
cessive fatness, except for well-muscled athletes. Overweight folks
generally have excessive fat. (See the weight charts at the end of
this chapter.) “overfat.”
Next, try either or both of these tests to determine if you are
1. The Pinch Test. Grasp your skin between your lower
thickness, you’re probably “overfat”…even if the weight chart
rib and your waistline. If you are pinching more than an inch in
tells you your weight is typical.
2. The Mirror or “Eyeball” Test. Take a good look at your-
self, unclothed, in front of a full-length mirror. If you see a lot of
ripples, bulges and flabby tissue, you are “overfat.”
