First Step: Control Intake of Carbohydrates and Calories

You need to reduce consumption of excessive amounts of
carbohydrates and calories. You need to stop overloading your fat
cells. You do not deny yourself many of your favorite foods under

in a portion of pie or a slice of your favorite chocolate layer cake
on occasion. But you need to compensate by boosting your intake
of enzyme foods to metabolize the carbo-cal intake from these
sweets. To give enzymes a change, however, you should not take in
an excessive amount of these weight-causing foods. Enjoy such
“forbidden” foods in moderation and in balance with a stepped up
