1. Turning Cart Handles. Clasp bar of shopping cart (the
kind that turns) with both hands palms down. Turn bar forward with
hands. Repeat turning movement 10 times. ECP Benefit: Stretches
forearm muscles; releases tension in forearms and shoulders.
2. Checking Out. (1) Turn chin over right shoulder. Slowly
turn it, as far as it is comfortable to your left shoulder. Turn 3 times
to your right; repeat to your left. ECP Benefit: Releases neck ten-
sion. (2) Keep hips still and twist torso. First to right, then to left.
Let your head and neck move with your torso. Twist 6 times to your
right, then 6 times to your left. ECP Benefit: Releases back tension.
3. Bend For The Goods. Holding shopping cart, lower into
a slight knee bend, tightening abdominal muscles. Repeat 8 times.

4. Bored Feet. Holding your shopping cart for balance,
lift onto the ball of your right foot. As you return right heel to the
floor, lift onto the ball of your left foot. Pull in your stomach and
tighten your buttocks. Repeat foot alternations 10 times. ECP
