“E-E” Break for Speedy Refreshment

Before Barbara H. has to tackle any task, she refreshes herself
with a 10-minute “Enzyme-Exercise” Break. She does the pre-
ceding go-go motions in her room. She was given this suggestion
by her physical fitness instructor. She is able to enjoy speedy
refreshment as enzymes actually “make her over” because of this
simple program. She calls it her “E-E” break that re-makes her
from head to toe. All this for just 10 minutes of motion!
